How to add a node to SICF
- make sure that client is modifiable in scc4 and se06 t-codes.
- go to SICF.
- go to specific path.
- add new host service information.
- add package information.
- save.
- Activate it.
- release sub task and TR.
- Node successfully added to SICF.
